My role
Freelance Content Writer
The brand
Provident Estate is a Dubai-licensed real estate brokerage firm that offers a complete, end-to-end property experience. They work with buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants across both primary and secondary markets, with a strong focus on off-plan properties.

The goal
The company is focused on scaling its market presence by increasing high-quality leads, strengthening brand visibility, and ultimately closing more deals in an increasingly competitive Dubai real estate landscape.
A key part of this ambition is becoming a more trusted and informative voice—especially for first-time home buyers—by delivering content that is clear, valuable, and genuinely helpful. This also includes strengthening their positioning in the off-plan property segment in Dubai, which is a key focus area for attracting investors and early-stage buyers looking for long-term value opportunities.
The challenge
When I took on the project as a freelance content writer in 2019, the website was already live. However, the content was still in its early stages and required significant development to support the brand’s growth.
One of the immediate gaps was that the platform was only partially localized, meaning the content needed to be developed in both English and Arabic.
Another key challenge was the developer listings. The information available was largely sourced directly from developers such as Emaar, DAMAC, Meraas, and Sobha Realty. However, the content needed to be fully rewritten and made original to avoid duplication issues and to ensure it would not conflict with the developers’ own SEO rankings. This required restructuring and reframing the content while maintaining accuracy.
The property consultant section also needed major development. At the time, the website only featured the names and photos of the consultants, with no supporting content. This meant there was no context for potential clients to understand their expertise or credibility, which is a crucial element in real estate where trust plays a key role in decision-making.
In addition, there was a lack of thought leadership content across the platform. The agents were not yet positioned as industry voices, and the website had limited informative content to support user engagement or brand authority. There was also an opportunity to strengthen SEO visibility, as the platform had not yet fully developed a structured content strategy to improve search rankings and organic reach.
Overall, the main challenge was transforming a structurally complete website into one that was content-rich, search-optimized, and capable of building trust and authority in a highly competitive real estate market.
Strategy & execution
To address these gaps, I focused on building a more structured and content-driven foundation for the website. I started by developing all English website content from scratch and worked closely with the Arabic translator to ensure both versions were aligned in tone, clarity, and messaging. The goal was to make the platform feel fully localized and consistent for both audiences.
SEO-optimised developer listings
For the developer listings, I crafted original, SEO-optimized property descriptions derived from information provided by leading developers such as Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, and Sobha Realty. Instead of simply repurposing existing material, I restructured and refined the content to produce unique, search-friendly listings that maintained accuracy while enhancing visibility.
This was also done to avoid duplication issues and to ensure it would not conflict with the developers’ own SEO rankings, requiring careful restructuring and reframing of the content while maintaining full factual accuracy.
Property consultant profiles
I also developed full profiles for the property consultants, turning what was originally just names and photos into more complete, credibility-focused introductions. This helped add context to their expertise and made the website more trust-driven for potential buyers and investors.
Agent thought leadership content
I ghostwrote articles for agents to position them as knowledgeable voices within the UAE real estate market, strengthening their personal branding while also adding greater informational depth to the website overall.
SEO blogs
In parallel, I worked with the Digital Marketing Executive to develop SEO-focused blog content aimed at improving search rankings and increasing organic traffic. While a large part of the focus was on real estate topics, I also expanded the content strategy to include broader themes such as UAE tourism and the ease of doing business in the country.
This helped position real estate within a wider lifestyle and investment context, appealing to international investors considering the UAE not just for property, but as a place to live, visit, and establish businesses.

The outcome
After implementing the content strategy as part of this freelance project, I could see a clear shift in how Provident Estate positioned itself in the market. The brand started to feel much more credible and trustworthy, especially because the content was no longer just basic property information but actually informative and useful for buyers, investors, and first-time homeowners.
The improved structure and SEO-focused approach also helped increase their visibility on search engines. Over time, their rankings improved, and they started getting more recognition within the industry, which made the brand more noticeable in a very competitive real estate space in Dubai. Notably, they were able to achieve first-page visibility on Google for off-plan property-related searches, which was a key focus area for the business.
Overall, it felt like the website evolved from just being a listing platform into a proper information-driven space, and that played a big role in strengthening both their trust factor and online presence.
